New Friends

Natalie clung to my shirt as I deepened the kiss and she moaned against my lips. I bit down softly on her swollen lower lip, slightly pulling. She sighed before pulling away and putting her head against my shoulder.

“You make it so hard to say no to you” she whispered as I rubbed my hand in a slow circle against her lower back. “Then don’t,” I whispered back, putting my left hand on her waist.

Natalie looked like she was holding something back as she bit her lower lip, sliding her tongue over her piercings. Something inside of me snapped and I kissed her again, wrapping my arms protectively around her as she melted into mine.

I knew she couldn’t resist me and maybe I was using that to my advantage, but at the same time I wanted Natalie to feel better. I wanted to see her smile. I wanted to wipe her tears away and tell everyone else in the world to “fuck off” and enjoy us being together.

“No, not like this” she mumbled, sharply pulling out of my arms. I stood there for a moment in shock. Natalie looked surprised herself as she stared at Kyle’s door, arms crossed over her chest.

I sighed, running my hand over my face, trying to regain my composure. “I don’t wanna rush things either Natalie. You’re the first person that I actually want to have sex with. I’m an idiot. Just forget about it,” I rambled, stuffing my hands in my pockets and walking down the sidewalk.

“Beck! Wait” Natalie yelled, grabbing my arm to pull me to her. “That’s not what I meant. I want this as badly as you do but, right now, doesn’t feel like the best time. I want things to be perfect when I decide to give myself fully to you. The way I didn’t with everyone else” she said sadly, almost as if she was feeling some kind of remorse.

“I didn’t love Stephani. I didn’t even like Billie. Things with Lauren weren’t even going anywhere. Sex was an outlet to me before now but, this time with you, means everything to me” she added, her hand slipping into mine.

I smiled at her as I felt every emotion pass through me while staring into her eyes. Natalie was important to me. Simply put, she's my dream.

“Homecoming. I’m going to make everything perfect for us. We’ll go out to dinner, order one of your favorite movies, buy a hotel room, get you roses; it will be perfect and it will all be for you” I exclaimed, holding her tightly.

“Well Beck, who would have ever guessed that you could be such a romantic?” she teased. “Hey! I always have a few tricks up my sleeve” I smirked, before leaning forward and placing her lips against mine.

“Damn. Jacob never says things like that to me!”

I glanced over my shoulder at Sara before pulling away from Natalie, who tried to pull me back until she released we had an audience.

“Sara! Khloe! Go back in the house!” She sighed, not looking over at them but rolling her eyes nonetheless. I heard Sara groan and stomp back into the house with Khloe sulking behind her.

I laughed when Sara ducked behind the window to peep out at us. “We can still see you!” Natalie yelled, waving at her. Sara quickly disappeared behind the wall and Natalie sighed.

“I like your friends” I said, smiling at her. She pouted and I couldn’t help but kiss her forehead.

“Even Kyle?” she asked. I thought about it for a minute and nodded. “He was just being protective. A bit over protective, but still. Jessie does the same thing for me” I replied, remembering all the stupid things Jessie has done.

Natalie smiled and we walked back into the house. Evan was standing next to Kyle, his arms crossed and practically glaring at the boy. Kyle was sitting on the couch with his head down, pulling at a thread sticking out from the fabric.

“Tell her!” Evan hissed, pushing his shoulder. Kyle frowned and pouted at the red haired boy. Evan lost his composure for a second before pointing at me.

Kyle sighed and stood up, walking over to Natalie and myself. I arched my eyebrows at him before he pulled Natalie into a hug, whispering “sorry” to her as she held back her sobs. He rubbed her back and looked at me. “I’m sorry about what I said to you too, Beck. I shouldn’t have told you all of that,” he said remorsefully.

I waved him off and Natalie pulled away from him. “Thank you Evan” she replied, gazing at him. Evan nodded and pulled Kyle towards him by the waist, planting a kiss on his lips.

My jaw dropped and I pointed towards them. “What the hell? Evan’s gay too? Did I just miss something in the last ten minutes?” I asked, eyes wide in surprise.

Natalie giggled at my expression and pulled me over to the couch with Khloe and Sara. “Of course he is. Evan and Kyle have been together since 1st grade. Well, technically since 8th grade but I count the first seven years before that because that’s when Evan admitted his feelings” she replied.

“Evan was the one who confessed first?” I exclaimed. Kyle blushed while Evan nodded vigorously. “Yup. How old we’re we Kyle? Five or six? I can’t really remember,” he said.

“We were six, Evan” Kyle answered without missing a beat. I was still confused and Natalie rolled her eyes at me playfully. “Khloe is gay and single. Evan is gay and so is Kyle; they are together. Sara is bisexual and jumps from person to person. I believe she had a fling with Khloe for a while until Jacob asked her out in 10th grade” she explained.

“It wasn’t a fling! She loved me!” Sara exclaimed, pointing an accusing finger at Khloe. “I said “I love you” once! It was in the middle of sex. That doesn't count” Khloe yawned, relaxing against the couch.

“Liar! You still love me!” Sara shot back. “Sara, shut the hell up. That was two years ago and what does it matter? You’re with Jacob now” Khloe yelled, losing her patience.

Sara frowned before viciously kissing Khloe on the lips. Evan cheered as Kyle slapped his boyfriend’s chest. “Ow! Hey! If they’re going to make out in front of us again then, I have every right to cheer,” he defended.

I laughed as Natalie shook her head before yelling for Sara to get off of Khloe. Sara straddled the girl as she deepened the kiss. Khloe pulled away, sighing.

“Say it,” Sara whispered in her ear. “I loved you” Khloe replied dreamily. “Thought so” Sara said, with a smirk on her face. She hopped off of Khloe’s lap and continued watching television like nothing happened.

Khloe threw her head back against the couch while running her fingers through her hair. Evan chuckled and put his hand on her shoulder. “You alright there, Khloe?” he asked. She put her arm over her eyes and shook her head before quickly getting up and running into the other room, slamming the door behind her.

Evan, Kyle, and Natalie broke out into laughter as I looked at them, confused. Natalie and Kyle decided to fill me in as I sat there.

“Sara is a very good kisser. We’ve all experienced this at some point in time. For two years, Khloe had to deal with the girl’s kisses everyday. The sad part is that whenever Sara kisses Khloe, she can’t help but fully finish herself off, if you get my drift” Kyle replied, wiggling his eyebrows at me.

I laughed with them as Sara looked at us from over her shoulder. “Imagine how Jacob must deal with it. I’ve gotten better over the years” she teased, sticking her tongue out at us.

Natalie rolled her eyes and looked up at the door as it opened, revealing a very distressed Khloe. “Awww baby, I could have helped if you asked” Sara said seductively, jumping into Khloe’s lap.

“Sara, stop” she groaned as the red haired vixen kissed and bit around her neck. Khloe eventually got Sara off of her, but it took a lot of self-control not to jump the seductress when she slid off of her lap.

“You sure she’s in love with this boyfriend of hers?” I whispered in Natalie’s ear. Natalie shook her head and leaned toward me. “Sara still has feelings for Khloe. What they had is over, but I’m sure that her emotions for Jacob don’t even compare to what she feels for her."

I smirked when I noticed the way Sara’s eyes lingered on Khloe’s body as she walked into the kitchen to grab something to drink. She grinned before crawling on the floor to the kitchen after her.

“What the? Sara, stop! Ahhh! That’s cold! Stop it! Kyle, come help me! Sara no! Not there! Sara!”

Khloe quickly ran out of the kitchen, her shirt hanging off her shoulder and missing her left shoe.

“Oh, so you’re just gonna sit there while she attacks me? Fuck you guys!” she frowns, running into the bathroom and locking the door when a topless Sara ran out from behind her.

“Where’d your shirt go?” Evan chuckled. “It’s on the kitchen floor. Where someone else’s shirt should be too?” she yelled through the door.

“I thought we we’re done with this!” Khloe yelled back. “You’ll never be done with me!” Sara shot back before kicking open the door.

“Arghhh! Evan!” Khloe yelled. I couldn’t stop laughing as I practically rolled off of the couch with Natalie right next to me.

“Should I…go save her…from Sara?” Evan asked, between bursts of laughter. Kyle nodded and watched his boyfriend walk towards the bathroom.

Yup, I think I could enjoy myself with these people.
