Information You Give Us

Data Retention

We retain Personal Information while your Account is active, not closed, as needed to provide you access to the Platform, and as otherwise stated herein. In addition, your Account page may appear to others until their respective cache is refreshed. You understand and agree that in the event you terminate your Account, Inkitt shall have no obligation to delete any public comments, reviews, comments, or the like you make and post to the Platform, even if such material contains Personal Information, as Inkitt cannot reasonably anticipate, and is generally unaware of what you are actually contributing to the Platform or including on the Platform. Compliance with children's online privacy protection act

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information on our Platform from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Platform is structured to attract anyone under 13.
