Action / Thriller

Preface

The apocalypse has no warning and brings a melancholic end. It begins when people go missing and show up, dead. You cannot escape the clutches of evil, your actions must not be feeble. You can’t survive if you’re still alive, the dead rule in this apocalyptic vibe. ‘Kill or die’ that’s the motto, follow for you’re no Frodo. Dreams and ambitions are destroyed, and hopes of a future are crushed. Nothing will be in order and everything must be rushed. Don’t spare those infected for they long gone perished, or it becomes your death wish. Lose your sanity to escape Death with no penalty. Nothing will give back the world you’ve once lived in, for there is no reverse button in this new world that you’re now in.

Behold a wicked story of 3 girls and 3 boys, all have witnessed fear that lasts. It all starts with a nightmare triggered by the past. Beware their souls for they have lost humanity. Begotten their names forgotten by those ill - mannered and remembered by their enemies. Nothing pasts through their history - they were all once innocent birds. But they know more than you can in your lifetime, for they have witnessed the scariest Human Hell can be.

An apocalypse with a twist, ’cause the main character’s a psychotic bitch. Oh, and her friends, too.

Kaitlyn Bier: This is a great story! I love how well you go into detail and emotions of Capri, and Mel. You have amazing dialogue and overall it's just a thrill to read! The only critique I could find is that some of the paragraphs should be separated. For example:-"If Nia would have just let me take the car an...

cuzley: I enjoyed this read, the romance and the "who done it" worked well together, I would recommend this story to both romance and mystery readers .

borkarprasad: Nicely laid story. Needed a little more ghost and Raven conversations. Initially, Had everyone on suspect list but satisfied by the precision to capture the killer. Waiting for more Raven and Cade adventures.

263Adder: Okay so I adore this story. I only knocked one star off plot for historical inaccuracies because I'm a bit of a stickler for that. The ending broke my heart though, considering you already changed history couldn't you (SPOILER) change it a bit more and have them together!!!! I want an alternative...

rachelrainford6: This probably has to be one of the best books I've read on here. I read it quite quickly and I'll have to say the story took a turn towards the end that I did not see coming. The topic discussed in this book such as life really gave me a new insight and I realize that it is taken for granted.

Pablo Rojas: Love the story, at the end it is a western story, simple, yet giving hints and pieces of the situation that is happening all over ravencroft´s universe. easy to read and always keeping with the main stream story I want to keep reading about, Olafson´s adventures.

Jason Phang: I'm pretty new to Inkitt (this is only my 4th book) and I must say I've been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the authors here. Remnants of Chaos is an excellently written book that hooks the reader, and doesn't let go. There are some grammatical and typographical errors, but nothing too se...

Dee: It’s been two years since Lilly lost her best friend to a vicious random shooting. Now, after a prestigious university extends her an offer of study, she has the chance to start afresh and leave all her demons behind. But the last thing she expects is to meet Elliot. He's a criminal. She's hasn'...

taosgw74: If this is the authors first attempt at writing, I'm floored. I was engrossed in the plot from the get go.

Roy Jenner: I was pleased to join the action where this B-17 was limping back across the English Channel defying all odds. Obviously written by a person more than familiar with the interior of the Flying Fortresses that were familiar in the skies of Southern England during World War 2. Plenty of action here ...

C.K. Bachman: Just read the first chapter. Love how the main character thinks and is conflicted over his wife and the trickery he uses on her.

Deleted User: I loved this story. It was so great that I did not expect it to be this awesome. I swear to you this deserves more than just 5 stars. Beyond amazing. Kept me wanting more and I felt exactly like Emma felt while reading. Although in the beginning I did not expect anything to happen. Then, when som...
